  Secondary maintenance: including all the contents of the first maintenance, with inspection, adjustment as the center, to maintain the mechanical assembly, mechanism, parts have good working performance. Operating group is mainly completed by the operator himself under the notice of mechanical equipment maintenance and lubrication issued by the asset management personnel of the using unit. If the operator himself has difficulties in completing, he may entrust the repair department to carry out inspection and supervision by the asset management personnel and the monitor of the operating group.

  Season change maintenance: the main content is to replace the applicable season of lubricating oil, fuel oil, take anti-freeze measures, increase anti-freeze facilities. The organization shall be arranged by the use department to monitor and supervise the squad leader. Running-in Maintenance: After the running-in period of new machines and overhaul completed machinery, the running-in period maintenance must be carried out. The main contents are cleaning, tightening, adjusting and replacing lubricating oil, which is completed by the use department, inspected by the asset manager and supervised by the asset management department. Transfer Maintenance: Before the mechanical transfer site, should carry out the transfer maintenance, the operation content may carry on the maintenance according to the mechanical technical condition, may carry on the anticorrosion if necessary. The transfer and maintenance shall be arranged and implemented by the mechanical removal unit, inspected by the project department and the asset manager, and supervised by the asset management department.

  Maintenance: stopping and sealing machinery should be maintained, mainly cleaning, anticorrosive, moisture-proof and so on. The stock machinery is entrusted by the asset management department, and the rest of the machinery is maintained by the use department. After the maintenance plan is completed, it must be carefully inspected and checked, and the relevant information should be compiled, so that the records are complete and true.
